Donations
Just click on the donate button on the right. Even the smallest one time donation will help. You can even donate a modest monthly amount if you’re really motivated.
Volunteers
We’re always looking for volunteers. Volunteer programs include”
- Freedom Riders. There is a vast network of volunteers throughout the U.S. that facilitates the transfer of pets from high-kill shelters and other dangerous places to willing no-kill shelters. Volunteer drivers agree to provide transport from one location to another, but typically only in the area in which the drivers live. Coordinators facilitate the exchange between drivers to get the pets to their final destinations.
- Youth Programs. We offer two structured volunteer programs. One for grades K-5 and another for grades 6-12. Both include an in-depth, multi-month training and participation program to teach kids the value of teamwork, participation, compassion to animals, and other valuable skills related to pet care, ownership, fostering, and adoption.
- Social Media Coordinators. Creating awareness and promoting our cause is a tough job. We are always looking for volunteers who are social media savvy to help us get our message out. We need people willing to provide admin services on our social media presences for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Youtube, Google Plus, and other social media platforms.
Fostering
Shelters are nearly always over populated. Fostering a pet helps relieve the pressure on traditional shelters by placing the pets in temporary loving environment.
Food and Supplies
There is a constant need for food and supplies for our pets that are fostered or in shelters we support. Please consider donating any food or supplies to help us keep our pets healthy and happy while they wait for their forever homes.
